Shell
Hall is planned as a traditional neighborhood community.
It is located in Beaufort County west of the Town of Bluffton
in an area called the Buckwalter Tract which has approximately
6,000 acres fronting Hwy. 278 and Hwy. 46. The Beaufort
County School system has an elementary and middle school
already open in a campus setting. The Bluffton High School
is under construction and it should be open Fall of 2004.
Shell Hall has 120 acres but will only have zoning for 264
homes.
